What We Believe

  • We believe that the Bible is the Word of God, written by men inspired by the Holy Spirit (II Peter 1:21). The scriptures are the complete and final revelation of the will of God to man and therefore the supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct (II Timothy 3:16-17.)
  • We believe in the Trinity, one God, eternally existing in three persons, the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit.
  • We believe the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins and that all who receive Him by faith as their personal Savior are forgiven and justified (John 1:12) by His blood shed on Calvary (Romans 5:9) and His resurrection from the dead.
  • We believe in a local, visible church that is composed of believers in Jesus Christ who have repented of their sins, confessed faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and gather together for worship, the Word, and fellowship (Acts 2:41-47)
  • We believe that every saved person should exhibit a Christ-like life, by the leading of the Holy Spirit
  • We believe in the unity of all Christian believers, regardless of denomination affiliation
